Selena says this of the comparisons, "She's obviously extremely successful, and I think she's a wonderful performer...So being compared to her, I was very, very flattered."

When Miley was asked about what she thought of Selena being called the next Miley, she said that Selena's not the next Miley, she's the next Selena.
